All physical items will be shipped via Canada Post's Expedited shipping service. Delivery times average 2-7 business days for major urban centers in Canada and up to 15 business days to major urban centers in the United States. Overseas shipments are highly variable, please contact our shipping department if you need more information.
Downloadable content can be accessed immediately from the receipt in your "Order History" in the "My Account" section of the web site. Additionally, instructions will be e-mailed with your receipt.
Returns must be received within 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
